Gwapzino
Where play is blocked
Gwapzino does not offer play in every state. An account cannot be created, and therefore cannot buy Gold Coins or play, if the player selects a blocked state.
Blocked now: Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Louisiana, IN, Iowa, Maine, Tennessee, Montana, Delaware, Oklahoma (WA, ID, NV, MI, CA, NY, NJ, CT, LA, IN, IA, ME, TN, MT, DE, OK).
The controls that enforce this:
- A 21+ gate appears before the site can be used.
- Registration requires a date of birth. Under 21 is rejected.
- Registration requires a U.S. state. Blocked states are rejected on the server.
- On gwapzino.com, Vercel reports the visitor's country and state. If that header is missing, the server asks ipwho.is using the IP address. Restricted states, and anywhere outside the United States, cannot register, play, or buy. The IP address is not stored.
- A prize request stays closed until an identity vendor that accepts sweepstakes verifies the player. Stripe is not used for that check.
This is not a GPS reading and it is not a law-firm opinion. The blocked list is conservative and can change.
